This restaurant is fantastic, featuring a wonderful and friendly staff. My friend and I often visit to enjoy a meal while using the Wi-Fi to work online. Tonight, the manager, Hope, was on duty, and she went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally left my wallet behind, thanks to my Panera card (which I highly recommend). Her honesty and kindness were truly appreciated! Devin, who checked me out, is such a sweet young man I know from my time as a substitute teacher; I wish him all the best. If you’re in Watertown, make sure to stop by Panera for delicious food and exceptional service. Thank you so much, Hope! I absolutely love the Fuji Apple Salad—it's amazing!
How can a restaurant run out of a particular type of bread? This indicates a significant management problem. The establishment was also quite untidy, with debris all over the floor. The staff appeared to be inadequately trained, at best. If you own this Panera, you should take this seriously, especially with a new location opening at Fort Drum. I likely won't be coming back.
I visited this restaurant for my birthday with my partner, and it was a pleasant experience. I was able to choose my seat without any issues, and there was minimal waiting time. The food was quite good as well. We took advantage of the 2-for-2 deal, which was a great value.
Cheddar broccoli soup was amazing as always, service was ok, not top shelf but not bad either, kinda feel like the waitress was having a off day and sick of the mundane day to day that is customer service, the atmosphere was what you'd expect from a chain restaurant.

We ordered two whole salads, but what we got was at most a half salad. The Asian Sesame Chicken salad was missing the typical greens you'd expect. Additionally, we had to request an item we ordered but never received. This Panera location really lacks consistency.
The employees in the front r such a joy! They kept us smiling they were very respectful and the smoothies r to die for oh my heavens! Definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone!!
The service was top notch great. Had a spinach bacon souffle which tasted very good. The lady cashier was very polite and professional. Overall, great service.
The prices are a bit high, but the soups, salads, and pizza are quite delicious. The bread is excellent, even though it comes at a steep price for a loaf.
