I came through the drive-thru today for lunch to get a lunch duet and before I could get to order I could hear the voice of the window staff member two cars ahead of me. She was very friendly, with an upbeat tone, offered options with their selections, let them know what rewards were available and when they expired. I had the same experience when it was time for me to order and just that alone was enough for me to write a review... her customer service was AMAZING, thank you Oliver for such a wonderful experience you truly exhibit was customer service is and should be about!!! You enjoying your job and showing it allowed me to enjoy my experience at Panera.
Four of us enjoyed the Panera bread at Hospitality Lane, for current daily breakfast visits last week. The staff there are very friendly, professional and attentive. Daisy and Ryan were exceptional to make sure our breakfast orders were correct. The quality of the food was excellent. Panera was our favorite breakfast when visiting Southern California.
This extraordinary Panera became our favorite breakfast place during the visit of the family in San Bernardino. Daisy and Ryan were very upset and made sure that all four of our orders were prepared as we liked the items we ordered.
