I hadn't visited Panera in quite some time, and now I remember why. My experience was awful. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup to go, but it was only half full. The sandwich I received came on a large piece of bread, but the filling was all clumped together with barely any meat. I ended up spending $29 for this. I will not be returning, even if it’s the last place available. I'd rather go hungry. By the way, it was 5:15 PM, and there was no one else in the restaurant. It's no surprise. Panera, you're next on the chopping block.
Nikki is the funniest and kindest person I've encountered. I'm feeling a bit down tonight, missing my little ones, but when I ordered some food, her sense of humor and beautiful smile instantly lifted my spirits. I've been going through a tough time lately, and she has no idea how much her positive energy has brightened my day. Thank you so much! P.S. I went with my two grandchildren, and it's their favorite lunch spot. The boys enjoyed grilled cheese and macaroni and cheese, while I had an Asian crunch salad and my husband opted for a chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious and just the right portion. For dessert, the boys had a cookie and a muffin.
The sandwiches and salads here are really tasty, but the prices have gone up so much that I don't think it's worth it anymore. $20 for a full sandwich and a half salad feels excessive, especially since those are the lower-priced items on the menu.
