I go here very frequently as my job is a block away. The food is always good and the employees are always very nice. What I don’t understand is why it takes them sooo long to get the online orders done. I’ve come here multiple times, 3 of them for online orders and every single time I went to pick them up they were not ready. The last time the manager actually said hello and said he was going to check on the ordering for me. While everyone else ordering was getting their food, I was still waiting on my order that was placed for more than 10 minutes. I hope they get that taken care of.
I would like to acknowledge the excellent service I have received from your employee Elaine. After we were told by two other companies, we are closed. Not only did she provide outstanding service, she went beyond and beyond to use taste tests, and explains every detail we asked about. This kind of service is well done over and over a job!!!!
It's a chain salad and sandwich place. But the service is very good, and the facility is very clean. The prices were always a bit expensive, but you get high quality food. I come here several times a month. Sometimes a week.
