If I could, I would give this place 10 stars instead of just 5—that's how much I love it! My daughters and I visit a few times a week, and I absolutely adore the food and the cozy atmosphere. The staff here is truly amazing; at times, it feels almost too good to be true, especially given how rude and obnoxious people have become lately, particularly since the pandemic.
I want to highlight some of the incredible team members who are not only kind but also provide exceptional customer service. Emily, one of the managers, is fantastic and deserves her title. Nerlyn (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) is also outstanding. Other remarkable staff members include Tina, another manager, and Adan....
The restaurant was filthy!! Tables were left with food on them and not cleaned . The bathroom was horrible. Staff very fast and got stuff wrong. No customer service at all. I only came because I had a gift card, but I will never go back. Table was sticky and gross feeling. I moved to another table but it wasn't much better.
The food was delicious. The space is clean, has good space, and decorations. Nice to go with family and friends.They helped with the food and drinks. The service was really cool. Customer service is a priority. The music and ambiance have been perfect for the past long time sitting reading, studying, or working.
Great staff! Lovely, calming atmosphere. Did I mention how good the staff is? If I could think of one thing to make this place better, it would be to do what the Schaumburg Panera does. They put out samples of baked goods like bagels and cookies.

The Mediterranean bowl was absolutely delicious, but it felt overly priced. To make matters worse, the gift card I received as a bonus for purchasing multiple gift cards for friends during the holidays had expired, and they refused to honor it.
I really love this restaurant for its healthy options. Whenever they have promotions with bonus gift cards, I make sure to purchase them since it’s like getting a 20% discount. They also have a great selection of delicious goodies!
Chicken cordon blue sandwich was great! Tomoato soup could have been better. Chip choice would be nice. Not brand but flavor.
No utensils, and no cheese on my tiny sandwich, and the French baguette was hard, so this will be my last order.

Mayonnaise tasted like it was horseradish. Small chocolate chip cookies were very good.
