I've been a loyal customer of Panera Bread for years, but my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. It seems like there have been significant changes in management that have adversely affected the overall dining experience. The food I received was far from the quality I've come to expect from Panera. It lacked the freshness and taste that used to define this establishment. It's disheartening to see a place I once loved fall so far from its former glory. I truly hope that Panera Bread can address these issues and restore its previous reputation for delicious and satisfying meals. Until then, I'll have to think twice before returning. My second time ever eating at any of the chains. The checkout process was very confusing, with people cutting in line and servers not addressing the situation. The payment system definitely needs improvement; I'm sure the CEO would be disappointed! The food was great, but unfortunately, I witnessed some customers stealing coffee right in front of the shop using cups from outside.

This Panera location appears to be quite clean overall. The service was good, and my order was completed quickly. I've always received something I liked, and I've never had any issues.
