I had the absolutely best customer service at Panera in Elk River, MN!! The management team is exceptional to say the least! While I give up my order, I was told that they were from my daughters favorite Mac Cheese, not a big deal, so I order something else. After moving into the window, the manager gave me our order and said: "Good Christmas your meal is on us tonight, our way to say sorry for not what you originally ordered and we appreciate your business"
I always enjoy Panera and always enjoy a great service. A perfect place to meet with friends. I am on a low carb, gluten-free diet, and I love the kale with chicken and parmesan crispy salad. I love that they have healthy choices for everyone. The people who work there are always happy and friendly.
We had a pathfinder activity there. Heather did a great job with the girls. It was a great day.
My favorite place for a hearty lunch or dinner. Great food and friendly service.
