They messed up my order then we called to reorder the food and the manager Robert never asked for the food back. My friend went back in to get my new order that they fixed and Robert was very disrespectful to her. He asked for the food back and my friendsaid she didn?t have it, causing him to say with a lot of attitude and flicking the bag towards her ?I hope whoever bought allof the other food enjoys it.? We don?t understand how he has an attitude about the order that HE messed up. Then we called andasked for corporate and apparently he didn?t know corporates number. If you don?t know corporates number maybe you shouldn?t beworking for that company. Very disappointed with Panera?s customer...
They must have had a tech issue during the lunch rush. Orders were missing, names were wrong, etc. That could be out of their hands but where they really failed is that there was no communication from them. It didn't seem like management stepped up tomanage customers (although it did seem like they were helping to make orders). When we arrived there were no people in line andmaybe 1 or 2 people waiting for their orders. Or orders took ~40 mins... Some of the orders were also wrong but it wasn't worthtrying to get them fixed.
The food here is fantastic! We absolutely love the turkey sandwich, flatbread pizza, chicken noodle soup, bagels, and cinnamon rolls. Everything is consistently fresh and delicious!
The coffee was great, and I appreciated the free refills. However, the breakfast sandwich I paid $7 for was disappointing—it was small and reminded me of a Hot Pocket. Oh well.

Horrible experience. Went for iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Took 15+ min to get a sandwich with only 1 other person in the store
The Mexican Street Corn Chowder is absolutely delicious, and I really enjoyed the flavor. I also loved the hint of spice it offered!
The soups were fantastic, but the Turkey Chili soup was only filled two-thirds of the way, unlike the other two soups.
Staff needs higher work attitude to keep tables seating and floors clean to Panera's excellent standards!
