When I requested more coffee to offset the excessive creaminess of my drink, the employee indicated that she needed to check with her manager, Jim. However, she didn't show him the cold brew to demonstrate my concern, nor did Jim come out to speak with me personally. When she returned, she told me that Jim stated this was the proper way to prepare cold brew and they wouldn’t add any more coffee.

We ultimately decided to keep things simple and just ordered soup to speed up our experience. Although it took a little while for our order to arrive, the restaurant was quite busy. Finding the beverages was also a bit of a challenge; the iced coffee was with the sodas rather than at the coffee station, which was located halfway across the restaurant. Unfortunately, this wasn’t clearly explained, even when we asked for directions.

I had a terrible experience today, November 12, at 2:30 PM. The cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked a question about the self-checkout not working. I sought help from a so-called manager, who seemed disinterested and told me that if I wanted to place a food order, I should go with her or that the door was always open because he was too busy to waste his time. I've been a regular customer and have always felt welcomed here, but after today, I'm uncertain whether I'll return. If I were the manager and had an issue with a cashier, I would personally take the order to ensure the customer leaves happy.
The girl taken or order very nice and the one sitting next to her seemed mad she had to get up and help her. She could put a smile on her face and said, Have a nice day. I've worked Retail 19 year and still doing it. Yes,I've had my bad days but,whena guest comes up to pay I put a smile on my face. Tell myself ,this is your job and you want them to keep coming back.

I strongly recommend the Panini, Panera Turkey Chili, and Croissant. Each dish was outstanding! The food was incredibly tasty, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. This is an ideal place for breakfast!
The place was nice, food was awful. Ordered a steak and cheese sandwich it's was God awful and so sweet. I am not sure if it was there sauce or some else but sweet meat is not my favorite.
