"I want to share my experience with this restaurant to help others. A few years ago, I ordered an arugula salad to-go, and the greens were wilted and spoiled. I contacted the District Health Department, but I never received any feedback from them.
Just last night, I accompanied someone to Albany Med, and since it was after 8 PM, we were quite hungry. We decided to order two sandwiches from the diner. Unfortunately, the turkey sandwich was nearly empty, and the tuna sandwich had little flavor and very little filling as well. The bread was dry and tasteless, almost like eating stale bread. I'm giving this restaurant a one-star rating just to leave a review. A couple of years ago, I ordered an arugula salad to go from here and discovered that it had rotten leaves at the bottom. I reported it to the county health department, but I never received any feedback. Last night, while at Albany Med ER across from Panera, we were very hungry after 8 PM, so I decided to order two sandwiches from Panera. The turkey sandwich was almost empty, and the tuna sandwich lacked any flavor. The bread was dry and tasteless, reminiscent of stale bread. I believe they manage to stay in business simply because the people at the ER have no other nearby food options.
Food is always good. Wifi great........except they do not allow you to use a VPN on it in the restaurant. They do not have a great PRIVACY on your email and credit card use in Ebay purchases. DO NOT USE ANY FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS OR CHECK BANK BALANCES IN HERE! One employee here is very nosy on people who use their personal laptop and talk on phone or use of smartphone. Be a bit cautious on nosy employees here. I never get this bad environment at the Walmart Crossgates Panera. This is why it gets 2 stars!
I dined at the restaurant today and opted for chicken soup along with a chicken salad sandwich. I typically stick to my usual favorites, but branching out this time was a delightful surprise. The staff were outstanding, particularly the front cashier, who was very helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me through my order. The cooks also did an amazing job, as the food was served hot and tasted delicious. A big thank you to the ladies at the restaurant for a wonderful dining experience!

Stunningly bad service at this location. Cashier and food prep worker were all over each other while other food prep lady bragged about her private life. Order was wrong TWICE in MULTIPLE different ways. As I left, after going back for a missing chicken sandwich, I heard the food prep lady get angry that she wouldn't have anything free to eat tonight (now that I came back for my sandwich). She had set it aside by her personal belongings. Food was fine.
I placed my order at around 3:09 pm and it was supposed to be ready for pickup by 3:19 pm. When I arrived, my friend asked the employee where the order was. Around 3:40 pm, since there was no designated eating area near the pickup counter, the employee said she didn’t know. Then, someone named Heather pointed out that the order was over there. Only after that were we able to eat. I had ordered French waffles.
I went here with a few friends of mine. While I ordered a chocolate chip bagel with cream cheese on it, they ordered a mac and cheese which both delighted and filled them up. My bagel made me happy, as well. The service was prompt, the atmosphere was just like every other Panera I've ever been to accept that I was listening to music in this one whereas in other panera's music was not permitted.
We arrived at the restaurant around 10:30 AM, only to discover they had run out of lattes. I was a bit disappointed that we had to heat our cinnamon roll in the microwave ourselves. Nonetheless, we chose to have an Asian salad for lunch while waiting for a relative who was in surgery at Albany Med. The salad was delightful, bursting with flavor, featuring tender chicken and an amazing dressing.

Today, I enjoyed a delicious chicken soup paired with a chicken salad sandwich. I usually stick to my usual choices, but I’m so glad I decided to try something different. The staff was exceptional, with a particularly knowledgeable and helpful server who guided me through my order. The chef did an outstanding job—the food was served hot and was perfectly prepared.
