I order from this restaurant location 3-4 times a week. The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean. However, today the service was not up to par. The manager had a bad attitude and was disrespectful to his staff in front of customers. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:27, but at 9:31 a staff member had to ask if I needed help. When I told him about my order, he went to get it for me, but the manager rudely interrupted him. The manager could benefit from a customer service training class.
I am a door dash driver. I went in for an order and 2 people asked my customers name, but didn't grab the order for me. Meanwhile I was looking right at it. I was fuming.
