I ordered two different types of Asian salad from Panera Bread, but to my dismay, they were out of bread. As a result, what I received were bland Asian salads. The missing bread was not the only issue; instead of the usual salad dressing that other Panera locations offer, this one used an awful oil and vinegar dressing that was so sour it made the lettuce wilt right before our eyes. Additionally, the floors were dirty. Overall, my impression was that this Panera was poorly managed and did not represent the brand well at all.
This restaurant has been quite hit or miss. I've had some enjoyable experiences in the past, but tonight was disappointing. When I picked up my order, the $5 bread I asked for was missing, the mac and cheese was only half full, and the avocados in my salad were unripe and very hard. I think it's time for me to find a new place for quick dinner options.
I've always ordered the chicken Caesar salad here and never had any problems. However, on two separate occasions, I got sick after eating from this location. I suspect they might be leaving the salad dressing out, and the lettuce didn't seem fresh!
Everything was disappointing. The only thing I enjoyed was the chocolate chip cookie, haha. I won't be ordering from this Panera Bread again. Even the cream of broccoli soup was terrible. How can you mess up cream of broccoli soup? It's beyond me!

This place really needs a pest control. Flies coming out from the food prep area as people are waiting for their food? really unpleasant to watch.

The Mac Cheese tasted great but wasn apos;t as cheesy as before which was disappointing, and my bread bowl was small and smushed.
