I visited your location at 6:30 AM on September 15, 2023, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience due to the poor service. This is the first time I’ve encountered such issues at a Panera Bread.
I ordered my coffee using the kiosk, but there were no cups available at the station. I noticed a female employee slicing bread behind the counter, so I approached the service area to ask for a cup. The staff informed me that they couldn’t assist me and that I would need to wait. When I returned to the counter, the same employee was still slicing bread. She saw me waiting and rudely told me to wait again.

The first order I made here was so-so, but the second time was pretty much perfect. Both of these orders were breakfast foods which included their wonderful egg soufflés. At this location I am happily able to add egg soufflés to my order through the app. LOVE this location. Orders are not only complete (no missing items) but also accurate (correct), and am able to put in orders through the app for future orders, even in the middle of the night when they are closed. So glad you guys are so awesome!
It's great to see that Panera has begun hiring individuals who may be struggling with literacy. Everyone deserves a chance at employment. While it’s clear that order accuracy might be an issue—like when you request sauce on the side or actual chicken on your chicken pepperoni baguette—it’s commendable that they’re making an effort. They do charge correctly, so at least basic counting seems to be intact! It's a step in the right direction, and I appreciate the initiative.
New Panera location! It’s so new that the road surrounding it isn’t even complete, and there are no other businesses in the area yet. I ordered two soups to go: the autumn squash and the French onion. The autumn squash was fantastic! The French onion was also delicious; however, I paid extra for cheese and specifically asked for extra croutons. Unfortunately, I received neither. I’ll make sure to check my order next time. Lesson learned!

Kitchen staff socializing so much with each other they're not paying attention to waiting customers. The dude ran his mouth so loud he placed several orders on the counter without calling out the name or order number. Another staff member noticed after a while and asked folks their name or order num to hand out food. Waited 20mins
Riley and her team made it right and went over and beyond on a wrong order, and quickly at that. It was very much appreciated! Our family will absolutely continue to have our meals at this location with that level of customer service.
I did their drink club membership. It was good, but I almost always had to check in and wait in line to get my lemonade even though I ordered online and the app said the drink was ready.
Lovely new Panera, very spacious and modern. Service was good, food was on par, plenty of outlets and USB
