This is the worst Panera I've ever been to. In the last two times I ordered, both of my sandwiches were missing meat. One was supposed to have turkey and the other chicken, but both only had lettuce, tomato, and onion. This isn't just a one-time mistake; they forgot the meat on two separate occasions within a week. They said they would send something to me, but I never received anything, and the same issue happened again. No one ever answers the phone, making it even more frustrating. The customer service is terrible, and no one seems to know what's going on. I'm requesting a refund of the $30 I spent, and I will never return to this place again!
I really used to love Panera, I feel like it used to be good value and good food but tonight I ordered a pick two combo with the frontega chicken/cup of broccoli soup.. on my sandwich I didn’t get any basil, I got like one sliver of the red onion and barely any chicken.. it’s kind of crazy that I paid like $17 for this combo. Unacceptable!
The restaurant gives you a buzzer that doesn't function, so your food will sit on the counter indefinitely unless you go check for yourself. Additionally, the menu lists an avocado chipotle chicken sandwich on French bread, but they actually serve it on focaccia. There's way too much bread and not enough filling.
No more amazing Panera! So dirty, food on the floor and on the tables. You have to clean your own table to eat here. My shoes were sticking to the floor. Food ok!

The drive through window is always so slow even if there are only a couple of cars and check your order because they always forget something.
Panera is excellent! I had the onion soup in a bread bowl, and it was magnificent!
Still good, however, you feel the food was rushed.Please don't reduce quality.
My soup was lukewarm and a little salty.
