I placed an online order for a turkey sandwich with American cheese (which cost an extra $0.69) for drive-thru pickup. However, when I got home and opened my sandwich, I found that it was a turkey avocado BLT instead. This was not what I ordered! I don't eat pork, which is why I specifically chose a regular turkey sandwich. I’m not sure if this mix-up happened due to a lunch rush or simply lack of attention, but I don't plan on ordering from this Panera location again.
The guy at the drive in taking orders . You can barely understand him. Customers don’t know if anyone is at the drive in because they don’t say anything. Then when he takes your order he seems confused. This doesn’t look good for Panera in Wayne.After taking my order to 2 sandwiches and waiting another employee tells me to drive to pick up area. For 2 simple sandwiches. And no they were not busy. I was the only one being serviced!
Menu in store doesn’t reflect what they actually have staff that has no clue about breakfast hours and just overall horrible experience! I go to Panera in midtown I.e 42nd street near Bryant Park 4-6 times a week and new London ct as well when. Work brings me there and service is amazing…this location needs better leadership and actual training in product knowledge as well as CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Otherwise what’s the point
I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I would recommend avoiding this location altogether. The staff seemed either untrained or uninterested, and it was clear that the manager was not attentive. The food was poor, and the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The Broccoli Cheddar Mac and Cheese was quite soggy and tasted more like soup with macaroni mixed in rather than the creamy, cheesy dish I expected. I was really disappointed.
The chocolate chipper always taste burnt and weird like the pans aren't cleaned. Not the best cookie anymore.
