Panera Bread - Table reservation

Wish I could give zero stars but 1 is the least so here goes... this is what happened to my sister today at Rockville Center Panera. Corporate needs to get involved this is unacceptable! Food is great, drinks are great but customer service is lackingat this location. My rapid pick up orders are never at the designated rapid pick up area and I always have to wait on the lineto get my order. When I finally questioned it, I was told You weren 't waiting that long. And when I asked for his name, hewould not give it. I asked for a manager and he said Now, you 're acting ridiculous. I helped you. And he told me there is nomanager in. I 've been to many Panera locations, but this one is the only on...

Always a fan of Panera. That's special. Always friendly, clean and efficient. I love the new express order system with the iPads. It's super comfortable. This location is also good. In the middle of the Biz district of Rockville Centre. Don't park a professional. And you are in the middle of some really great shops and services.

The cashier offered more suggestions than those that were apparent. I took one of them. The kitchen is always fast and efficient. They pay attention to special requests. Plenty of parking in the rear if none out front.

I told my sister in Cali nobody makes this citrus salad better than Sacramento! Freshest fruit, salad and chicken! Orange Scones are heavenly!
