I order from here about 2 to 4 times a week usually they have always had great food excellent customer care. My order has never had any issues. Today, my husband picked up my food to drop it off to me before he headed to work… I have two little ones so it’s nice to live near this one and since there’s never been any issue in the past, we usually don’t check the bag. Once I was able to sit down and finally eat, I opened the sealed bag to find the oh so yummy pumpkin muffin was missing! I let my husband know and he called them to see what could be done and the manager went above and beyond to fix the situation which my husband and I certainly do appreciate and that’s why I will keep ordering f...
I love it here! I come several times a week for awesome food and a comfortable place to do homework. The food is always delicious but more over, the staff is amazing. From the person taking your order to the owner, everyone is awesome. I even got a hug today from one of the managers. I have NEVER encountered someone that isn't happy or smiling. I specifically love Kay. She works hard and is always happy. As someone that works in food service I know it can feel like a losing battle sometimes but she is always giving it 100%. Thanks for being awesome guys!
