Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered online for an outside pickup, and it took 15 minutes after I arrived. I got the cheese flatbread, but the crust was hard as a rock, the bottom crust fell away from the cheese, and it was completely cold with very little cheese. I also ordered a half Caesar salad, which was so small that it was embarrassing, and the lettuce was completely wilted—I couldn’t even eat it. The total cost for my order was nearly $18, and the food was disgusting. I've had decent meals there in the past, so this was a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Sorry, Panera, but you really let me down.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Panera Bread. The menu was difficult for seniors to navigate, and the young staff were unwilling to help my mother choose her meal, which made things harder for her. We also weren’t given any silverware, salt and pepper, or butter for the bread that came with our soup. Although we both ordered half sandwiches with soup, I received the wrong sandwich entirely. Our bill was $27.26, which felt overpriced for the level of service we received. It seems this popular location on Lower Sacramento and Hwy 12 in Lodi could benefit from better management. Overall, I was not satisfied!
I had an incredible turkey bacon sandwich! We were lucky enough to snag a comfortably shaded table outside, which made it just right. The service was both quick and friendly, whether we were seated inside or outside, contributing to a fantastic overall experience. I ordered a blood orange lemonade to drink, and even though I'm not entirely sure what it is, it was absolutely delightful! The staff welcomed us with warm smiles right away, and the restaurant was spotless both inside and out. The food was delicious! What more could you ask for? Despite the challenges we face today, this was still a wonderful experience.
I ordered the Citrus Asian Crunch Salad on November 22 at this location, and it was inedible. The chicken was fatty and unappetizing, and the lettuce was wilted. I could hardly even identify the chicken as real meat! It was absolutely terrible! I wouldn’t even give it one star, as I had to throw it away after just two bites!

I find it quite frustrating that Panera Bread doesn’t accept phone orders when their website isn’t working properly. I tried refreshing the menu page on my device and even switched to another device, but I kept getting an error. You would expect better support for paying customers in a situation like this!
I ordered a Thai salad and was quite disappointed. There was very little lettuce and just a few croutons. The salad itself was not satisfying at all. The only positive aspect was that the dressing was good.
The customer service is always quick, the atmosphere is great, and the staff are friendly. I’ll definitely come back next time I'm in the area.
If it doesn't I could place why would I keep going back. And you keep asking for ratings on the same places over and over and over again
