This review is for the Panera Bread location on Zinfandel in Rancho Cordova. It’s conveniently situated with ample parking and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are polite and friendly. Special thanks to the employee who helped us with an issue—though I don’t know his name, he provided exceptional customer service. The food is tasty, though the prices seem a bit steep given the portion sizes. We tried a variety of pastries, sandwiches, soup, coffee, and tea, and enjoyed everything. We would definitely return. Coffee lovers will appreciate their club offer, which is a great deal.
The staff at Panera Bread were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially loved their broccoli cheddar soup, served perfectly in a tasty French bread bowl. The cookies and pastries were truly delicious. The tea had a lovely traditional English flavor. The setting is a charming urban space, ideal for relaxing with family, and I appreciated that no alcohol is served, making it a fantastic place for families with kids. I’ll definitely be returning more often. I really enjoyed my visit!
I had never been to Panera until about three weeks ago, despite my coworkers constantly praising it. I'm shocked I waited so long to try it! The first dish I ordered was the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, and it was incredible—packed with flavor and all the ingredients worked together perfectly. I usually use the online 'rapid pick up' option for my orders, and they're always ready exactly on time. I highly recommend this place. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is very friendly.
The experience at this café was fantastic, but it has been declining over the past year. Unfortunately, they seem to get my order wrong every time. I’d love to go somewhere else, but this is the only café in my area. They consistently forget my pastry and beverage, as well as any changes I request for my sandwiches. They prepare the sandwiches exactly as they are listed on the menu, ignoring the customization options. By far, this is the worst Panera I’ve been to!

I’m especially fond of their broccoli cheddar soup. The bread rolls served with the meals are always soft and fresh. Panera Bread is definitely our favorite pick on DoorDash!
The creamy chicken and wild rice soup paired with the spicy chicken sandwich and the soup/mac combo was absolutely amazing! This restaurant is quite convenient for my workplace, and I've visited frequently while working in the area. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is fantastic. There's ample parking in the shopping center's lot, and they also offer a drive-thru service.
