Katie is the ideal person to have at the front counter! She is upbeat, cheerful, and friendly, with just the right level of conversation. She remembers her regular customers by name and greets them warmly when they arrive. When I placed my order, she was very helpful, clearly explaining the ingredients in my sandwich and accommodating my request for a substitution. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she effortlessly switches between languages to enhance her customers' experience. Interacting with her was truly a pleasure.
Manager TK is the GOAT of customer service. I went to the Dulaney Street location to pickup my food and found out I foolishly ordered for pickup at a different location. I was so mad at myself and disappointed, ready to walk out the door when he came to my rescue and offered to contact the other location on my behalf and make my food for me there! I graciously accepted, and his team was quick and thorough, getting me on my way in no time. Thank you TK and staff for the wonderful service, you truly went above and beyond!
This location is far from the cozy experience to which I am accustomed when visiting Panera Bread. It offers spacioys patio dining during warm weather, but the interior is stark and sterile . . . definitely a get in and get out canteen, maybe a quick-stop diner, but definitely not a restaurant or comfortable community hangout.
I hadn't visited this location since before the pandemic, but everything was great. I do wish they would use more green lettuce instead of yellow lettuce, and I'd like to see an additional dressing option. Although prices have gone up, the food was still very good.

This Panera Bread location is the only one where I've found an exceptional vanilla cold brew. Every other location I’ve tried just doesn’t compare. The food is consistently great, and the staff is always friendly.
This is a great Panera! I have gone to other locations. I love this one. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is always delicious! I have to eat there at least twice a week!
