(front counter) My first time at this location and they attended to me and another person with kindness and professionalism. I will go back here because the positive atmosphere among staff was welcoming. From ordering to pick up: evidently a good team of workers. This Panera Bread location is below average. The soup was decent, but the sourdough bread bowl didn't have the expected sour flavor. The hot water for the tea wasn't hot enough, and the tea bags are kept behind the front counter, so you need assistance from the staff to get them. Additionally, the bathroom was closed for cleaning the entire hour I was there, and the staff member cleaning was frequently moving between the kitchen, bathroom, and dining area while playing music on her phone. I'm a frequent visitor to Panera Bread and make it a point to find one whenever I'm not at my usual location. During my last visit to this particular restaurant, I ordered a customized sandwich, but some of the ingredients were missing. Two days later, I returned and explained the situation. The manager quickly addressed my concerns and provided excellent service that truly made my day! Plus, the sandwiches are always incredibly delicious.
I finally caved in and joined the Unlimited Sips program only for them to move the charged lemonade drinks from being self serve to behind the counter just a few days later. This is absolutely horrible, what a terrible business decision. I will be canceling my membership, what a waste of time!

I visited Panera the evening of 10/21. My food was good as usual. Most importantly my service was amazing. I was assisted by a young lady named FLOWER. I had been having a rough day and her kindness while assisting me literally brought me to tears. She’s golden!

Their ice coffee has grounds in it. 2nd time this week, so it's not a fluke, that's how this location makes it. Not trying to chew my beverage.
