my family and I love panera bread. last week we went through the drive through the orland park location (5 stars!) this time we visited the location oak lawn. her website advertises the collection of orders, but when I called my order, there was no possibility to put an order on the phone. I finally choose the option 5, which is for the conversation with a manager. I was connected to a worker and placed my order. I have specified that the order was for the order pickup and gave them the details of our car. the employee said that the order would last 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I sat in the car and waited for my order. I had gone in earlier, but I had my baby with me in the car. I had to wak...
We go in today with my 3 kids and order through kiosk. A second order was placed on the kiosk for drinks right away because I had forgot to place on first order. A short black woman (which I was told was named tracy)Comes out with a supervisor with the accusation that we didn’t pay for drinks. After explaining to the both of them “tracy” walks away shaking her head not even offering an apology. The manager did offer an apology which doesn’t change the fact that her incompetent employee chose to act before thinking. Wont be coming back to this ghetto location.
I've been to this location twice, I was never really a fan of Panera. But I got a couple free You pick 2 coupons as a tip from work. I was reluctant to use them as I had previously had bad expierences at other Panera's but I had the coupons so I said Why not . They nailed it both times. Service was excellent, food was hot and delicious and the actual restaurant was clean and well kept. I'm a fan and will come to this specific location frequently!
very quiet environment, but eating was filthy. I ordered a tomato soup it was not creamy on all very watery, and the steak and cheese sandwich was disgusting, only thrown together, did not look as if the steak was completely boiled. cooks have to serve for customers something better. kasse was very patient and friendly, icy machine must be cleaned. Order for dine in a Greek salad with avocados and vegetables soup.Salad was good, soup was warm it would have been better if it was hot. Dine in buzzer was not working properly and server came by the table to let us know the food was ready. So make sure you look out for your food since buzzer doesn’t work properly and your food doesn’t get cold.
I have been a Panera customer for many years and this location is my go-to. Having been to other locations, particularly during our pandemic time of short-staffing and supply/food shortages, this location has always excelled in kind, friendly and efficient team members, good food and a clean, inviting dining room. Highly recommended!
Ummm... After ordering your food, then they ask you for vaxx card, they don't ask when prior to order or pick up or over the telephone. Or no signage at the entrance/exits. But what about people that are elderly your going to boot them out to leave?? At least have signage at your doors. Just saying ??
I stopped at lunch. the load was clean and the workers were friendly and polite. I have a turkey bacon sandwich and icy. (always love the simple black tea.) the sandwich was so. crust was dry and hard, but the rest was ok. Book a table now
Low on stock of their popular sellers. Didn’t have broccoli cheddar soup today and a few different times out of bread bowls…the only entree I order. Employees in kitchen are loud.
