The food was enjoyable, but the service left much to be desired. We waited around 20 minutes for two pre-made bakery items and one drink. There were only two other customers in the store, and they ordered after us, so it wasn’t busy at all. If you're on a tight schedule, I wouldn’t recommend ordering here, as it’s likely you’ll end up delayed.
Their soups, in particular, are a standout. The Broccoli Cheddar and Onion soups are must-try options. They're always freshly made and bursting with flavor. Combined with a sandwich, it's a comforting and delicious choice for any day. The quality and consistency keep me coming back for more!

I ordered a sandwich today, but while eating it, something tasted off. I flipped it over and discovered that the bread was badly burnt from the oven grease. It was unpleasant! Unfortunately, lunchtime was over and I didn’t have time to return it, so I had to throw it away! Book a table now
I don't typically complain, but I ordered takeout and received the wrong sandwich. When we tried to call the store, our call just kept getting redirected to the menu. Given how pricey Panera has become, it was really frustrating to pay this much for the wrong order.
I like to eat my lunch here but the manager is absolutely not a welcome type of person so the staff, they absolutely need a customer service training.Parking: Outside the store
