Has lots of available table. You get your unlimited sip drink when subscribed and lots of food to choose from. Looks clean but tables are sticky while theres not much people they should take the time to make sure tables are clean and sometimes there are alittle mess on the trash area but its okay. You can also work while eating but there is just a couple of outlets to plug in yourlaptop. Overall, ok place with a convenient location to shops, tjmaxx, cvs, laudromat, and shoprite. Absolutely horrifying! This is my second experience ordering from this restaurant. The first time was two years ago when I went in person and discovered a long white hair in my sandwich. Just three days ago, my coworker ordered from the same place through DoorDash, and guess what? I found what looks like animal hair in my sandwich AGAIN! (I've attached photos.) My mother-in-law also mentioned that she visited and found hair in her meal as well. This clearly shows that they don't maintain their kitchen or take care of the food they serve. I will never order from Panera again.

Stopped in a couple times, both times there were random people hanging out inside, also, the atmosphere is unkempt. Drop ceiling has mold and greasy dust particles hanging over ceiling behind counter area where food is prepped. Service mediocre . Had interaction with worker who was getting me a cup, I tried to meet them at area and his co worker announced to me I shouldn’t step over line. Instead of asking if she could help me she desired to police her rules in a boss like way. Also the place is freezing like they do not want customers to sit and relax.
I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and was taken aback when I bit into a bone. When I mentioned this to the manager, their response was dismissive, saying, "Oh well, sometimes that happens." I found that to be completely unacceptable. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at a 3 out of 5.
