Panera Bread - Table reservation

I used to enjoy Panera Bread (long time ago). But it's the 3rd time that I haven't. It depends on which one you go to. But now I can't risk going to any. The person taking orders looks and sounds stressed out. They said it's a 30 minute wait, just so it could be given to me incorrectly. I told the employee my order, but they failed at taking it. It's not worth the amount of money you spend on it. The quality is poor for the high cost. Something's gotta give.

The person that took the order was rude. The order was incorrect (ordered a bread bowl and got a bag of chips instead), went back in to get a 2nd breadbowl and then was informed that they don't have anymore breadbowls, so they offered another bag of chips... that bag of chips had a hole in it like it was chewed through by a rat and to top it all off, there's no utencils. This is what NOT TRYING looks like. I'll never waste my money at a Panera bread again.

my family called tonight and I had the napa mandel chicken salad sandwich. the broth was dried out, the tomatoes were soggy and old tasting, and the chicken salad part was perhaps a spoon and this is generous. I'm so tired of having bad food when it's ordered to go. unfortunately this has happened more than once

I never go here but the gentlemen at the counter was really friendly. He mentioned to me that my food would come out down at the other end of the building but I still managed to mess that up ?

Nice afternoon break for goodies. Lunch and dinner, plenty of good choices and healthy!
