I initially enjoyed the food at this restaurant, but after my last visit, I left feeling extremely frustrated. I went in hoping to order a bread and a muffin, but after waiting over 20 minutes, I was informed that they were out of bread. I ended up only getting my muffin and had to wait even longer for the manager to process a refund. The slow service and lack of urgency from the employees left me feeling disappointed. I absolutely love Panera, and the staff there are amazing. However, I was a bit disappointed with their hot tea, particularly the green tea. It was barely lukewarm, almost cold. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful!

I strongly recommend the steel-cut oatmeal topped with strawberries and brown sugar, among other things. Every dish I ordered was served warm and tasted fantastic. I am now a dedicated fan! The delivery driver was friendly and went above and beyond; all my food arrived hot. Thank you!

The soup was hot and delicious, like usual! Sadly, they forgot to pack the chips with my order. Not every pick two has to come with the french bread. The other choices are an apple or chips.
This is the second time I've ordered this sandwich, and it has been overcooked again. I really like the sandwich, but I might think twice before ordering it or anything else in the future.
I ordered and paid the chicken cearsar salad and the chicken and pepperoni mozzerella melt. No chicken on either item. Will never order from here again.
