I went in hoping to order a bread and a muffin, but after waiting over 20 minutes, I was informed that they were out of bread. I ended up only getting my muffin and had to wait even longer for the manager to process a refund. The slow service and lack of urgency from the employees left me feeling disappointed. There are so many options at Panera, but I really think that nothing beats their grilled cheese. It may seem basic, but it has thick delicious bread and a lot of melted american cheese. The chips go with the sandwich perfectly and it is overall a great meal. It is a little pricey for a sandwich, but it is a large portion. The restaurant itself is large and has a comforting feel. It is the perfect place to focus and get some work done while eating lunch. It is also not loud and has good lighting. You can either order from the cashier or from the electric set up. Special meeting place! Great food! Convenient location! Great staff! Panera Bread is fortunate to have Michelle representing their company! Special spicy chicken and beef dipper, food was fast to put together presented well, taste was great, flavor, so tender it melted in your mouth, great cheese and dipping sauce you want to drink straight up.
