I placed a rapid pickup order at 5:40 PM, expecting to pick it up by 6 PM. However, I received an email at 6 PM notifying me that they were running late. When I arrived at the store at 6:15, there were about six people waiting for their rapid pickup orders, and I noticed that the designated slots were empty. My order was finally ready at 6:45, but unfortunately, the $5 salad I had ordered was missing. When I inquired with the staff, they confirmed that it had been prepared but didn’t offer any help beyond that. The employees appeared indifferent and disengaged from their work. At approximately 10:25 am I visited the establishment trying my best to place an order before Breakfast ended. I used one of the self service machines closest to the cash register. I placed my order and attempted to pay with my credit card. Needless to say something went wrong and I turned to the employee behind the counter for assistance. She informed to swipe my card, I swiped and nothing happened, this was not the first time. I informed the worker nothing is happening and she said and she just stood their and stared at me with this blank face. Instead of taking my order at her register she just stared at me not say a word after and so I walked out. Very upset
I recently had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant when I discovered a mouse hair in my soup. When I brought it to the attention of a staff member, she quickly discarded it without checking with her manager and did not offer an apology. When I asked to speak with the manager, he brushed off the concern and suggested that the hair might have been my own. He also failed to apologize for the incident.
Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant because of the consistently rude staff and poor customer service.
The service at this restaurant was quick and efficient. However, be mindful that parking can be somewhat difficult because of the many other businesses in the area. A significant advantage is that the location provides a drive-thru option, which is perfect for those who prefer convenience or have trouble finding parking.

I ordered the 2 1/2 apple salad and a half Mediterranean sandwich. The portions were quite generous, especially the salad, and the ingredients in the sandwich were very fresh. However, the tables could use some clearing, and the restaurant would benefit from more frequent cleaning.
I don't understand why this restaurant has received negative reviews. I've consistently enjoyed both the service and the food here. The portions are ample, and the flavors are fantastic. I just had a grilled cheese sandwich, and I feel both full and satisfied.
Sometimes the service can be a bit slow due to the understated atmosphere. However, the staff always do their best, and the service is excellent. I visit often and thoroughly enjoy my food and drinks. I highly recommend this place.

People are nice but the Mac and cheese was basically cheese soup and my French onion soup had no cheese in it.. they didn't even cut open my bread bowl.
I've never been to this restaurant before, but I'm hopeful that their lunch menu will be more enjoyable than their breakfast offerings.
