I am shocked by how unprofessional the management is at this Panera Bread location. A group of college girls were quietly working on their computers, and one of them let out a small laugh—not even loud. I was sitting right next to them when the tall, white male manager in a beige button-up shirt approached their table and rudely demanded they lower their voices, claiming other customers were in the dining room. The tone he used was unnecessarily harsh and disrespectful. Those girls were not being loud at all, and the only other person there besides me was them. When I picked up my order, I realized there was no cup for my drink and had to ask where to find one; they just pointed towards the register. Additionally, a worker at the pickup area was rummaging through sealed bags without wearing gloves. There were no napkins available, and when I opened my sandwich in the car, I was astonished to find only three tiny pieces of chicken in my chicken chipotle melt. My Caesar salad was even more disappointing.
All of this cost me nearly $13. Management really needs to improve. I understand that the economy has changed, but the portion sizes are simply unacceptable for the prices you are charging.
I cannot recommend this restaurant. The staff appeared to lack proper training. I ordered a steak sandwich, but one half was completely devoid of meat, while the other had very little. When I brought this to the attention of an employee at the counter, she suggested I simply shift the meat from one side to the other. Why should I pay $13 for a poorly made sandwich? When I addressed the issue with the manager, he was unhelpful and unfriendly, showing no remorse. It seems that this disregard for quality and customer service is rooted in the management and impacts the overall experience at the restaurant.
I’ve been visiting this place for a couple of years, even during the pandemic, for my coffee and breakfast. The café is always well-stocked with fresh coffee and delicious food aromas. Barbara, who works the register in the mornings, is a delight to chat with and always greets you with a smile. I love their treats—especially the pecan braid, which pairs perfectly with my coffee. The pizzas, sandwiches, and soups are all packed with flavor. It’s a great spot for a quick bite!

I ordered a Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad with Chicken, which I expected to come with tortilla strips, but ended up without Fritos. This really diminished the quality of the salad. If you're out of an ingredient, please let the customer know or update the menu to reflect that it's served without Fritos. I love Panera, but this experience was disappointing.
We use rapid orders almost all the time. Every now and then we got our orders missing chicken (see attached pic). Sometimes the portion is only half of what we usually got. Food and the service are good but the inconsistency hurts the experience.
The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and the manager who took our order was friendly and cheerful, greeting us with a warm smile. Our food arrived promptly and tasted great. There is ample seating both indoors and outdoors.
Love this panera. Come all the time after work. Met Mary for the first time tonight!! She is very friendly, friendly and informative!! Whatever she does, they pay more!???? Always look forward to future visits to this Panera!
