At Panera Bread, the manager Diego transformed what started as a disappointing experience into an outstanding one. Many thanks to him for his excellent service. He ensured that all issues were resolved and even refunded the entire purchase. The menu offers great options, and thanks to Diego, my visit ended on a high note.
We ordered a dozen bagels and an Asian cheese loaf with French onion soup and the manager made himself for a few bagels that sold out by picking up other types and extras, including sorted cream cheese. Fast service good quality always clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend
The French onion soup was absolutely disgusting. It was extra chunky, no broth, no cheese. I also ordered the family soup that was $24.99. Family soup? More like soup for 2 children. I am overly disappointed with Panera Bread. Never ever ordering from any Panera Bread ever again.
