I usually like most of the Paneras products and generaly there is uniformity between various locations. For the 1st time time I was really disappointed. The meal we ordered was was all wrong and over charged. The mediterranean Bowl that I ordered was wilted, goopy and tasted wrong. My friends Baja Bowl was all wrong and even the coffee was not hot. I went to complain and ask them to resolve the order and the stuff was actong a little wierd and a bit lack-luster. My girlfriend and I wanted to go on a lunch date so that she could have a meeting and we could have some food. I suggested Panera, as we both enjoy their food. Upon arriving, we were disappointed to find no available power outlets, which could be frustrating for those wanting to use their devices. Despite this, we managed to find one outlet, but its location made it difficult to reach. The atmosphere was louder than expected, as the staff were loud and distracted. This made it hard for my girlfriend to have her meeting in peace. However, the food and drinks were as delicious as always. I spent around $40 on my order at this restaurant, but when I got home I realized they had forgotten to include the most expensive item, a chicken sandwich. I had to drive 4 miles back to the restaurant to get a replacement, but when I asked for a refund as well, they refused. I wasted 30 minutes and drove 8 miles because of their mistake, and all they offered to make up for it was a free pastry. It seems they are okay with wasting people's time, but not losing money. On the bright side, the food was quick and tasted good.
I went to place an order but needed some extra time for a simple order. They gave me the wrong size bowl, so I just ordered another bowl of broccoli cheddar. I asked for a soup to eat in the restaurant, but when I pointed out the mistake, they made a fuss and poured the soup into a bowl, leaving most of it in the original dish. I decided not to make a big deal out of it and ended up with less food. Overall, it was not a great experience.

I’ve always love Panera And this location is pretty great! I’ve been here multiple times for meetings, lunch dates and family meals. I love to get the bakers dozen bagels, chocolate pastry, cookies and scones. Arielle (cashier) is a delight and I haven’t learned the chefs names but the ones I’ve gotten food from have been great each time at this location. I love to dine in and carry out here.
disappointed that I spent $19.00 for this chicken sandwich that wasn't even a whole breast, burned and dry and hard as shoe leather. the chicken sandwich had more mayo than huh! one if the worst chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. I also ordered a whole Greek salate that does not even fill out the half of the plastic container. to calculate so much for this type when eating autobahn is!
I arrived on a Thursday morning at 8:05 and I was the only one in line, but my order wasn't taken until 8:17. There was no coffee in any of the pots (except decaf . I ordered a sausage on brioche bun (simple enough, right? . At 8:45...I'm still waiting, bc the cook is doing lunch boxes for a catering order. Awful!
Frequently try to eat here but it's difficult to. Most of the time all of the tables are dirty so you'll have to clean them yourselves. Takes a long time to get your order and when you do most of the time it's incorrect or missing stuff. I just wish it was cleaner and more accurately fast paced.

Order was fine 30 minutes past when I was suppose to pick up. Making me late for my meeting. The manager was short with me when I kept asking bout timing as they had to cook the eggs. So a 3 for order being right, but bad customer service and helpfulness.
