The condition in which they send out their donations is shameful.It might be seconds but it shouldn't look like it.Half of what is given has to be disgarded due to damage.They hang their proud banner stating how many people they've helped with their donation program but you don't see the disgraceful condition of those donations until you're the one picking them up at night.Everything just thrown in a bag or two, mixed together with allergens and onion products.Pastries just clumped all together in a bag smash by other pastries. If they do stick them in a box, it doesn't change how everything is just thrown in together.They shouldn't be proud, they should be ashamed!Our church has had to toss...
This morning, I bought a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a sesame bagel. It was priced at $6.69 and only had two half pieces of bacon on it, which I found to be ridiculous. I was so disappointed that I will never go back. If I owned a restaurant, I would be embarrassed to serve such a sandwich to a customer. It is shameful to take advantage of people like that. I wish I could show the video I took because it was laughable. I give this sandwich zero stars.
I have trouble getting around due to a knee problem and I have to use a walking stick. I came in and my order was too big to carry in one trip and this wonderful kid offered me some help getting the rest of the order to my car today. I think his name was alex. I would absolutely come back. The service was above and beyond. Thankyou Panera.
It’s amazing how awful this Panera location is compared to others like Canfield. Ordered a salad and most, if not all, the greens were slimy, discolored, and wilted. Then, the topper was finding a long dark hair in my food. I called the manager and he was of no assistance. Poor quality, poor customer service, gross. Book a table now
Ordered ahead to pick up in drive through. Only one car ahead of me, I waited 17 minutes. By the time I got my food , all the ice in the pop had melted, sandwiches Luke warm if that. Drive thru at this location is the worst by far. I'll never do pick up this way again , I'll just walk in .
I am unsure of the drink policy at this particular Sip Club location. There were no cups available at the self-service kiosks, so you had to go to the counter for your drink instead. Additionally, children were allowed to sit on the ordering counter, which was a bit unorthodox.
Considering it's: location, atmosphere, service, and the food, this place is awesome I keep coming back to study and grab a quick during there lattes and coffees are amazing!
Going downhill, I used to eat here a lot, not so much anymore.Decided to try again. Awful basically paid 12.00 for bread and cheese.Where the meat????????? Book a table now
The food was amazing. The sandwich was cooked perfectly and tasted great.
