I am not sure what the negative reviews are about because every time we go to this café, it has a local, small town vibe. The staff is super friendly and takes time to be helpful to ensure the best experience for us. Despite being a popular location, the staff always tries their best to get our order to us as quickly as possible. Where else can you find freshly prepared items and delicious beverages? We even pass by other Panera locations to go to this one. It has become a regular stop for us during the week. We absolutely love this restaurant. It has an amazing live show that we enjoy watching, with a stunning mountain view, birds soaring in the wind, and a cozy fireplace for colder days. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will always be loyal fans of Panera! The service, food, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5. I don't understand why they provide options if they aren't going to follow them. If a customer requests no onions and they still put them on the sandwich, it becomes inedible. It's not enjoyable to order soup and utensils and not receive a spoon. It's frustrating when it seems like the employees don't care.

I paid $20 for two small smoothies only to find that they were filled halfway. I will not be returning to this location. The food was ridiculous, service was poor, and the atmosphere was nothing special.
I had a fantastic time at Panera Bread. The cashier was welcoming and the Mac and Cheese was outstanding. The restaurant was spotlessly clean.
