Typically, Panera is known for being good, but today was a disappointing experience. I will provide more details to Panera, but this is just a small glimpse of what happened. I ordered a sandwich with eggs, but there was no bacon in it. The sandwiches are quite pricey, so it's frustrating to not get what you paid for. I would rather wait for a quality meal than rush and not enjoy it. To make matters worse, one of the sandwiches had a long black hair in it before we even left the counter. Unfortunately, we had to eat separately because of this issue.
I'm not sure where to start. I generally really enjoy Panera, but this time I had the worse service and food I've ever had. First I ordered a Asian salad that was just lettuce amd a fee pieces of chicken and wonton. They were missing some of the condiments. It was very hard to believe I was at Panera. Then the we ha to repeat our order like 3 times. The girl at the register wasn't rude but she seemed livery indifferent to serving us. I don't think I'll ever go back for dinner there. Just horrible food! And service!
My server was Laysha and she was incredibly sweet! She was very attentive to customers and knowledgeable about the menu. Employees like her are one of the many reasons to visit this exceptional restaurant. Thank you again!
I was sitting in the afternoon while my car got new tyres. they can pass over from scratch tyres. the autumn-sweet soup is so good, try the Mediterranean sandwich with it! yum. clean restaurant and toilets.
