I used to go to this location when I worked close by for lunch two years ago. They service used to be decent but then I stopped coming here due to the long wait times, I?m talking 45+ minutes for a simple order that still got messed up somehow. Today, Iwent back for the first time since to get lunch for my boyfriend and I. When I got back, I realized they forgot to give me amajor part of my order, we asked for extra dressing and they gave me two cups with a spit of dressing in them, almost for togive me my smoothie I ordered that was right in front of them and I purchased a large tea for my boyfriend when all of the cupsare the same size(regular size)! On 8/14/22, Paige, the cashier must have had a rotten day because she was so rude that I can't believe she's an employee there. To make things worst, the Mediterranean sandwich had so little greens that it was mostly bread. About 30-40% of the greens wereold and soggy. They forgot to add the avocado as a substitution. Super disappointed. My grandson could have done a better job.(2nd time that it happens on a Sunday afternoon) afternoon. What's going on?! Besides that though, the salad was nice and the1/2 sandwich was ok.
This place is the worst ran panera i have ever been to and ive been to plenty of paneras all over the country. This location NEVER has enough staff. NEVER! ive come in 7 times and all 7 ive had to wait 20 minutes or longer to get my food. Management anddistrict management needs to do some serious hiring or focus on efficiency. This is the worst location ever , especially for DoorDashers. Manager is rude, and needs to be replaced with someone younger who better understands. I have dashed for over 600 restaurants, and I can tell you, this is the worst I?ve ever encountered. Istrongly recommend avoiding at all costs!
