I ordered two meals here today for me and an employee and when I came back to work (15min) I found out that my order was completed halfway. I called the store and the manager (Seth) immediately apologise and asked for the address of my company. He then drove all the way to my work for a person meal, so we could eat. Unbelievable service and Seth is a great manager. I will not forget this wonderful service.
I have not visited Panera in five years, but I recently had a positive experience at the restaurant. Even though I did not order a sandwich, I would like to commend the staff for taking the time to sanitize a smoothie pitcher specifically for me due to my severe banana allergy. They went above and beyond by doing this without me even having to ask. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness!
Great place to grab a quick bite or just a tea coffee. Family outings, working away from home, or just friends catching up, this is a place for it all. The food options are great whether veg or non-veg. The bowl meals on the menu are quite tasty and I highly recommend them. Only addition I'd say needed on the menu is more juice options. Parking in plenty as it's in a shopping mall.
Yum. I could eat their bread everyday. We only go there for a treat, but it is worth the price. They have lots of customers who all looked very happy. Good coffee. Friendly, happy employees. I love their soup. I also had a fajita warm and right out of the oven there. Loved it. Book a table now
My green power smoothie was ready quickly and wonderful tasting. I got bagels at 3:00 p.m. and most of them were out. I purchased two different flavors and they were both pretty dry and old.
I tried Panera Bread for the first time and it was delicious! I can't believe I hadn't stopped there before. I even went back the next day. It's now my new favorite place to eat!
The chicken and wild rice soup and turkey on ciabatta are perfect choices for a cold winter day. Pair them with hazelnut coffee to get you going. It's perfection.
