Panera charges a 10% convenience fee and a $1 delivery fee and suggests you add gratuity for their Door Dash drivers. On my $250 order, the fees were $25+ 1= $26. I see there is a class action suit against Panera for this excess fee. Please choose another business that does not add fees that aren’t passed on to the drivers, it is unfair to them and they are often under compensated as a result. What is this 10% fee for if it doesn’t go to the driver or store employees who work so hard.
This place is all about carbs! The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the establishment is clean. They always get your order right. While the prices are on the higher side, that's pretty standard these days. It's a perfect spot for meet-ups, getting some work done, and it's a wonderful alternative to a coffee shop.
The employees were chewing gum while preparing food, and one of them walked around popping it loudly for all the customers to hear. I filed a complaint with Panera, but the only response I received was a complimentary dessert. I'm not sure if any action was taken, but I likely won't return to this location.

I had the Asian Sesame chicken salad , not impressed ..it wasn't what it could have been . There were no mixed greens just romaine) and the chicken was def processed. Even some shredded carrots n tomatoes .. anything . So many possibilities. What a Bummer
Overpriced had French onion soup wasn't even warm, cheese wasn't melted on top Had to use microwave it tasted like a bowl of salt, my wife have a half and half. Sandwich and soup she said it was ok
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend visiting!
Nice quiet calm place with plenty of seating. They have a kiosk desk with 4 stations with the in person cashier still open. Book a table now
Using a cane makes it difficult to bring a tray to my table. Would be nice to have that service available .
