The management at Panera Bread was very disappointing. They forgot to include the two frozen drinks from my takeout order, which I only noticed once I got home. Although it wasn’t a major problem, I called the restaurant several times that evening with no answer. When I finally reached someone after 9 PM, they assured me I would receive a refund, but then put me on hold and never came back to the call. This poor communication caused unnecessary frustration over an issue that should have been easily resolved.
Panera serves some of the finest food that tastes like it’s made at home. Their app is user-friendly and simplifies menu navigation, while the curbside pickup is efficient, ensuring your food is hot and ready upon arrival. The macaroni and cheese is simply the best I’ve ever tasted, genuinely reminiscent of a homemade dish. The soups are filled with vegetables and offer a great variety, along with an extensive selection of sandwiches and desserts. I rate it 5 stars!
Panera offers the most delicious homemade food. Their app makes it easy to order takeout, and the curbside pickup is quick, with your food hot and ready to go. They have the best mac and cheese you can find, truly just like homemade, and their soups are packed with vegetables. There’s a great variety of options for sandwiches and desserts as well. I give it 5 stars!!!
This place experiences minimal morning traffic, resulting in a limited selection of products available in the morning. I visited to buy several items for a Mother's Day breakfast, but they were out of both soufflés and croissants. This indicates poor management and a lack of sales forecasting.

I only ordered coffee today, which was decent enough. However, my experience was marred by the condition of the women's restroom—it was incredibly dirty and disorganized. Clean restrooms are crucial for any food establishment, and because of this, I won't be returning to dine here.
They started off great, but lately their quality has slipped somewhat. I hope these difficult times are just temporary and that they’ll regain the high standards they once upheld.
We had a great experience there! My brother and his wife enjoyed it as well. We'll definitely return when the weather is cooler, but sitting outside was very pleasant.
The restaurant's staff is friendly and attentive. They consistently provide excellent service and are always ready to go above and beyond for their customers.
