I walked in, noticed their are kiosk to one side to take my order. I asked the lady behind the count if I am supposed to order from these. I dont honestly know as I haven't been here in a while. I was flagged down by another woman who asked me to order via her.I make my order based on what's avaliable.I pay 15.57 for what you see in the photo.A 4-5 ounce chicken, Brioche bun, some spicy condiment and pickle chips (3 or 4 on sandwich) and the 1 ounce kettle cooked Potato chips (Super super plan) and a large drink.My problem is this.Nothing here is made fresh, nothing is created by the staff. I will write this after I leave. The steak and cheese sandwich is one of my favorite dishes to get at restaurants, but this one had way too much horseradish on it. While I don't mind horseradish in moderation, this was over the top. I couldn't even take two bites before I had to stop. I don't usually like to complain or leave negative reviews, but this sandwich was easily the worst I've ever ordered. As for the staff, they were unfriendly from the moment we walked in. I usually never write a review on Google, but I have to say that this is the worst Panera Bread I've ever been to. The food is bland and tasteless. I've been here twice and ordered iced coffee which isn't self served for some odd reason like most Panera Breads. Every time I ordered iced coffee they never make it for me so I constantly have to go and ask them.Peeking over the counter it's dirty AF in the back. They make their sandwiches directly on the counter. The bathroom is sticky and the overall vibe is just off.I've been to many Panera Breads across the states and this is definitely the worst one.Stay away.
Placed an online order, was suppsoed to be ready at 1029. Its currently 1045, I walked in and asked after sitting in the pickup spot for 10min and theybwere just putting the order together. Absolutely unsatisfactory, dont put a time and not be prepared tomeet it. Only one thing required cooking everything else was pastries and drinks. My hot sandwich was cold and we asked for nowhip cream and it had whip cream. Also asked for napkins and untensils. Had to run back in to get them. Will never come to thislocation again!

As so many have stated, this location is going down fast. It used to be great service and good food. Crazy thing- I enjoy giving my business to people that are happy to be employed. That said, I ordered a Baja Bowl and was informed they were short on aningredient, but I was still charged for a full bowl. What? The young girl was so ungrateful to have a job, that I'm certain theydidn't make you apply for. She also did not apply my points to my acct.
The dining experience at Panera Bread is outstanding. The food is always fresh and delicious. However, I do think there is room for improvement in the service. I had to wait 45 minutes before my meal was even started, and my mother and I only got a partial refund after waiting 15 minutes. The staff appeared to be a bit disorganized, but the quality of the food definitely made up for it.
The food is absolutely phenomenal. They are always fresh and are tasty. But I'm sure you can relate with me about the service. I waited for about 45 minutes and they still haven't started making my food yet. Me and my mom only got partial refund afterwaiting for another 15 minutes. They are also kind of unorganized and the food is basically their only redeeming quality.
1st last time to eat here. Rotten lettuce on my sandwich. I could have gotten really sick. The place felt unkept people behind counter were talking to each other instead of taking care of customers. Stood at pick up 15 min before anyone checked formy order. I wish I had read all the negative reviews 1st. Owner should be ashamed with these bad reviews

I ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad w/chicken in the drive thru. When I opened the salad there was no chicken on it. I was to far away to return. I was my first visit. (And last. )I was so disappointed.
