The pricing for the Pick 2 was confusing. I ordered a margarita flatbread, half a tuna on rye, and a Diet Coke, which came to $19. However, I received the tuna on a thick bread, the pizza was cold, and the drink was Diet Pepsi instead. When I tried to speak with the manager, she walked away and never addressed my concerns. Aside from the friendly Asian woman who took my order, the customer service was disappointing.
I often visit this restaurant, and I'm giving it a 5-star rating primarily because of the wonderful waitresses at the entrance. One of them, whose name I don’t know, is especially sweet and always repeats my order correctly. However, my food is often not accurate when it arrives. I typically choose to take my meals to go. The staff at the cash registers are very helpful and polite, and the cashiers are fantastic.
I completely empathize with the frustrations of ordering soup at this restaurant. I've experienced several occasions where I received the wrong soup. Because of this, I’ve started going to the Newington location for soup, even though it’s less convenient for me. I’ve rated this restaurant two stars because whenever I order something other than soup, my order is always correct and the food is delicious.
This location has repeatedly made errors with my orders, including serving underfilled soups and forgetting items altogether. I can confidently say that they will likely get your order wrong too. They seem indifferent to the issues because nothing ever improves. At least you can expect consistency in their mistakes here. Book a table now

Terrible experience at Panera Bread. Even though there were many staff members, it took an unusually long time for our food to be served. When we got home, we found that our order was entirely wrong. We were too tired to go back and fix the problem.
