Inconsistent location. We were in from out of town and ate there two nights in a row. (Don 't judge! We were super tired and love Panera and already had the order in the app from the night before. The first night it was great. We did pickup both nights. The order was perfect, no problems. Everything was great. The second night? We got the order and started to drive away and as I started to unpack the bag there were two breads instead of one bread and one chips. We hadn 't left the lot yet so we went back to point out the error and get the chips. We were told, We 're out of chips. Just like that. No apology. Nothing. Maybe tell customers that when they pick up their orders? Take two. We drive...
never had problems at this place, until today the male team manager at the pick-up counter was very rude. my mother received an salate she ordered and noticed that there were no suits as she had ordered it. when we mentioned the balsamico dressing, he said, we did not have it without any other suggestions or mention the originally ordered dressing was not on camp he was just so rude. even while the customers were present, he only complained about how much he did back there and wondered what the rest of the workers had done. mai was next to this man and was very nice and gave us suggestions and was a very happy man. the poor man can take care of his negative energy.
on the other day in the erie blvd panera stopped for dinner, on which kiosk ordered and her ticket system had a problem and torn and the ordering on their screens did not appear. So they refused to make the food. another girl had the same on the kiosk next to me and they would not make out our commands, although we had already paid for it. I even raised my bank account app and showed them the appeal of panera in my bank account and they refused to make the order. Now I'm trying to get my money back from my bank because I've never eaten. the staff was incredibly unhelpful and seemed really to enjoy that I just spent 30 dollars and remained with absolutely nothing.
it was a great way to panera bread. I had her strawberry salad and it was excellent. so was the mango smoothie with Greek yogurt. yummy. next time I take a photo and hopefully I can add it back to this review. it is worth it
