Hey district management ! Please read this. You got a lot of 1 star reviews for service and operation issues because your staff is more interested in gossiping than working. It took 30 min to get my you pick 2 and if there were a hundred orders I would understand but these people were chatting amongst each other and the two up front were flirting with each other. Your manager was encouraging the gossip and not trying to get people to make the orders. I saw a Starbucks like this that didn’t change it up that closed in a great location. Change it up before you lose money cause I won’t be coming back nor will anyone else with this level of bad service.
I placed an order online and my husband picked up the order and when I opened the bag my Green Goddess salad had no eggs and less than 1/2 a cup of dressing. They didn?t put the tortilla chips for my Mexican corn chowder. Whoever is putting together theonline orders is doing it wrong and incomplete . People spend their hard earned money at your establishment and look forward totheir meals and you take away a good dining experience by doing a half a job. So if you order online for pick up make sure youcheck your order before leaving. SMH I will never order from this location again! Plus the salad didn?t look good ????

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!or even better don’t go to any Panera store. I went for a cup of coffee and to my surprise the coffee station was filthy and full of dust (zoom in the picture) also the milk containers dirty. The staff very rude. I wasn’t expecting that at all. But after reading all the reviews I figured Panera Bread doesn’t care at all because they are not doing anything to fix the issue.

I was looking forward to trying the Panera grilled chicken sandwich. Can I get away from their fully processed lunch meats. I've tried them three different occasions at 12:00 on Saturdays and Sundays over three different weeks and they've never been in stock. Get the advertised all over the place on their windows. It's kind of heartening to make a trip there just to find out that it's never available
yesterday around 4pm, I'm looking for a table while my wife is ordering a sandwich, soup, salad, and soda, but there is no clean table. I told employees to clean the table, but he wouldn't listen. And the employees are angry with customers and are too unfriendly. I didn't want to eat there, so I took it home and ate it. I will never go again
This restaurant seems to have declined in quality. If you're willing to wait over 20 minutes for a watery soup, along with some unwelcoming service, then this is the place for you. I'm so disappointed that our food was prepared without any attention or care. What a waste of time and money.
Thought I would get something to eat. Brought a Spicy Chicken sandwich and was not impressed. Over priced (12.99) with no drink, bag of chips and very little toppings. The chicken taste like it was reheated in a microwave. I will stick to the bagels.

Food was good and staff is super friendly. The bathrooms are pretty gross, but that speaks more of the customers than the establishment..
Able to use the sip club several times and fresh food options, can eat outside at a few tables if weather permits.
