This restaurant never fails to impress, from its creativity and quality to its emphasis on healthiness. I tried the daily special menu which included a delicious beet and burrata appetizer, followed by a perfectly cooked crispy skin duck confit placed on a bed of house-made gnocchi. The dish was served with a delicate mix of peas, small mushroom cubes, shallot slivers, pancetta, and a light reduction – all in perfect proportion.
The service at this restaurant was exceptional-very friendly and attentive. Additionally, the food was delicious and served at just the right temperature.
