If there’s one restaurant I truly love in Mexico, it's this one. Guillermo González Beristáin is a prime example of a culinary entrepreneur. He offers contemporary dishes made with regional ingredients as well as those from other places, all bursting with flavor and originality. Be sure to try the tasting menu: from start to finish, you'll feel like you've arrived in heaven with all the amazing flavors. It's perfect for special occasions like anniversaries, birthdays, or significant celebrations. Don't go if you're not open to trying and discovering new sensations and ingredients.

We had a great time at the River Crab on 4th of July. The weather was spectacular so we decided to sit outside. It was perfect - the yellow umbrellas and the blue sky and water made a serene setting. Our waitress was attentive and met all our needs. The food was excellent and we hated to leave. We will definitely be back and I have been spreading the word about this place. Watching the boats on the water is a big plus. We hope to come back for a sailboat ride and lunch now that is being offered during the week.

This restaurant never fails to impress, from its creativity and quality to its emphasis on healthiness. I tried the daily special menu which included a delicious beet and burrata appetizer, followed by a perfectly cooked crispy skin duck confit placed on a bed of house-made gnocchi. The dish was served with a delicate mix of peas, small mushroom cubes, shallot slivers, pancetta, and a light reduction – all in perfect proportion.
