We had a great experience having lunch there on a Monday. 4 adults 3 kids we ordered the appetizer plate and the family meal with both beef and chicken kabobs. Plenty of delicious and healthy food for everyone. True honesty that should be enough food for 2 more adults. We added a basket of flat bread for $5 and upgraded one of the two salads that came with the family meal to the strawberry and walnut salad for $5. The bills came to a surprisingly $77 with tax. Bty this is a sit down restaurant with servers the value is unmatched in today's standard. If you are in the area check them out!
It was the worst restaurant I went to. On the night of my wife's birthday, when I was planning to surprise her, I went to this restaurant with her and our small dog, and before entering the restaurant, I put the dog in a special bag and we went inside and suddenly behaved We encountered a bad restaurant employee and he told us that you cannot sit inside the restaurant and you have to sit on the chairs outside in the cold, and I preferred to never go to that restaurant again because I have never been disrespected to this extent. If you are disrespected, go there.
I placed a pickup order three times and each time my order was supposed to be ready at the designated time according to the app—about 45-50 minutes after I ordered. However, my order was delayed by another 40 minutes, which is completely unacceptable. I won't be ordering from there again. I also noticed that I wasn't the only one experiencing this issue; there were six Uber drivers complaining about the same problem.
My wife and I have come here a couple of times when we go to the beach. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is friendly and the service is good. This time we got some Takeout and headed to the beach and made it into a sunset picnic. The food was amazing.

The manager here is incredibly rude and disrespectful, often speaking condescendingly to customers. The poor customer service makes this place not worth a visit. The location in Irvine has a much more professional and courteous staff.
I placed online order and the driver was waiting 55 min in the restaurant. You don't care about the customers who order online. It's not the first time. I paid $140 for this bad service, never order again
