I called the hotel at approximately 5 min before 10am CET on 12/21/23 to ask about about general information on the 1 bedroom suites. The elderly gentleman who answered the phone was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever come across at a hotel. He yelled at me that he could not give me that information and that I should know that . He proceeded to say that you called before and you know that I cannot give you that information . I had never called the hotel before and was shocked to get this type of hostile reaction that was completely inaccurate.
