Unfortunately the food is good, nothing great. I order from here because of convenience, right next to the Meadowbrook Parkway and they also have their own delivery system so you don't have to pay app fees. However, there have been multiple instances where my order has been messed up. One time the manager Colleen had even given me her personal phone number to send her a picture of the chocolate chips they scattered throughout my ultimate breakfast pancakes. The pancakes should have only come with bacon pieces in the pancakes, then layered with egg and cheese. Accusing me of lying is heinous, but to add a note to my profile saying I can only place an order through a 3rd party app because you'...
I come here every so often for a treat , as the sandwiches are unique and delicious. However, the last 2 times were a little dissatisfying. Ordered a Jimmy Hoffa with bacon, hold the lettuce. Got home and it had lettuce all over, and no bacon. Not a huge deal but if I 'm going to spend $17 on a sandwich, would be nice if it 's what I ordered. Also ordered a pantanos special on a roll the same day. While the roll wasn 't stale, it certainly wasn 't fresh. The time before this I got the cheesesteak, which barely had any meat on it. Just seems the place is slipping recently, hopefully just a bad stretch. I 'll definitely be back to give it one last try because you won 't find a menu like theirs...
I probably spend a third of my salary here lol. Not only is the food great, but the people are even better. Hector and Colleen are quick to take any of our orders. Big, small, and anything in between. I also use them for catering orders, and there have never been any problems. Anyone interested in trying it out... go with the french toast!
The food was excellent! The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was incredible, and there were plenty of other great sandwich options to choose from. I also appreciated the wide selection of bagels available. My only complaint was that the scrambled eggs were a bit dry. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

Berta is truly my favorite employee. She’s always friendly and manages to make me smile at 7 am when I'm heading to work. Mike, the owner, is doing a fantastic job running this deli. The acai bowls are simply amazing—without a doubt the best I've had in Nassau! Food rating: 5/5.
Best Deli in the area, I come here probably 5 times a week and I’m always happy with the sandwich I ask for. Who always helps me out is Berta and the place just wouldn’t be the same without her and the rest of the front staff. Thank you and continue being the best around.
I ordered a $17 hero, but the chicken was as tough as wood, and there was barely any bacon. The only redeeming quality was the fresh mozzarella. I definitely won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place. Food rating: 1/5.
I have to say this place is my go to when I visit family and friends. Colleen always has been such a great help in finding new meals for me to try. Thank you for keeping me full while on my endeavors.

Amazing breakfast- fast and delicious! So many choices and many healthy ones. I tried this place for lunch too and I loved it
