Great Drinks with a Gothic Theme<br/ <br/ Visited this terrific, Gothic, Cool and funky bar on a Saturday Sydney Night out with another couple friends of ours.<br/ <br/ The bar is quite small perhaps can fit 30 or 40 people however being that it is hidden between high buildings, this makes it the perfect secret bar.<br/ <br/ This bar serves all cocktails and I did see a few wines and beer if cocktails aren't your thing, however as they say, when in Rome... Always a killa time whenever I'm here. Staff is so friendly, that you forget about all your stresses. Truly a paradise with cocktails. It's quite easy to find as well and it's like the light out of the tunnel to cocktail paradise. Drinks actually TASTE MAD!!! My favourite is The Zombie. I've had Buried Alive, Gunpowder and the Coup and they were all amazing. Quite possibly my favourite bar in Sydney! Oh, and sometimes, THERE'S A CUTE DOG!!! My dog passed away a year ago and it was so joyous to play with a dog again!!!
This place surely has the friendliest staff in Sydney. Walking down the laneway to get to the bar, a group was just on their way out. They said to us: 'that bar is awesome, you 're going to love it ' and they weren 't wrong! The decor is very cool and we loved the New Orleans theme, the music was perfect funky and just the right level for an atmosphere without being too loud to talk. Didn 't try the food but the menu looked appetising. Will definitely becoming back here.
Drinks there are dam good, maybe not for me to say since I am not a cocktale expert. But I can tell you for sure you will have fun night here.<br/ I tried almost all the cocktails on the menu, well sipped many from friend's glasses. None of them disappointed me. Reasonable price and very attentive service. Even the security guy at the front door is surprisingly friendly. I don find this common at other bars.<br/ <br/ A go-to place for drinks after work.

I stumbled upon this gem on a girl 's night out, we instantly loved the 'Day of the Dead ' style decor. We were also pleasantly surprised but how good the service was, both our waiter the bar men were very attentive, friendly put a lot of thought into recommendations specifically for our group. The selection of cocktails we ordered were delectable the bar food was amazing, in particular the spicy pork crackling definately a 'must try. '
Quite possibly my favourite bar in Sydney. Everything about this place makes you just want to relax and have a good time. The bartenders are always attentive and down for a chat but also aren’t over the top. Drinks are simply sensational. Divine intervention has been a long time favourite. Queen of cups is a must order. 10/10 recommend this spot.
Quirky little bar with the friendliest bar staff you could ever hope to meet. We came for a pre-dinner drink and were hard put to tear ourselves away. It was our grumbling stomachs that eventually pushed us out the door, away from our cosy little pew and seductively more-ish drinks.
Rating 3.5 Interest concept bar with a Voodoo theme. Interesting mix of cocktails and absinthe if you’re up for it. Not much to choose from on the food front to go with the drinks. But even the bread and crackling took ages. Service not the best.
