I've had exceptional experiences every time I've ordered from Taylor, with both the service and food quality being top-notch. In my opinion, these two are the best employees I’ve ever encountered at any Papa Gino's location, and they truly deserve recognition for their hard work.
That said, I do need to point out that my last order, which included the same special instructions, was not edible at all. I could only eat half a slice before having to throw the rest away, and unfortunately, neither of those great employees was on duty that day.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. DELICIOUS FOOD. Taylor was amazing, and the whole team was great. I received better service at this Papa Gino's than at some five-star steakhouses. The restaurant was spotless, and the food was exceptionally fresh. I will definitely come back!
This isn’t just any Papa Gino’s. The Papa Gino’s in Waltham is my favorite because they are always consistent with quality and time. It helps that the people there are super friendly. Taylor and her staff are wonderful! I love this place!

This place usually gets my order right, and the pizza is generally fantastic. However, lately, the crust has been coming out a bit burnt and too charred for my liking.
You charge more than just the price of a pizza by adding fees for every topping, including extra cheese. However, what I got was merely crust and sauce!

It was way over cooked and ice cold. Usually still wamrn and cooking perfectly
