I placed my order three hours in advance, but when I got to the restaurant, they told me I would have to wait another 25 minutes. After waiting, they informed me there was a mistake and they needed to prepare a new dish, making me wait an additional 15 minutes. Although it was a busy night, I was disappointed that they didn’t try to make up for the inconvenience. I have no plans to return to this restaurant. It was a disappointing experience, and I regret not choosing a different place to eat.
For a chain restaurant pizza place it's one of the best! Pizza is always consistently tasty and on par with whatever is promised on the menu. Service is always great and timely. Sometimes on the weekends when they're jammed with orders it's a little slow but it's expected. I'd rather pay a little more and wait a little longer for quality tasty food. Keep up the good work!
Good food and made well usually. Not here for a bad order but price. I was floored when I found out my small pizza with 2 toppings was $20. Are you kidding me papa Gino’s????? A $20 dollar small pizza. That’s crazy an average small cheese is $8 bucks plus maybe a dollar a topping. I’ll never order pizza here again as the large version must be $40 bucks. Outrageous.
Pleasantly surprised with the service. Phone associate took great care in assisting me with my order (we had some allergy concerns). Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and my food was ready on time, hot, and delicious. Great Job papa Gina's! Book a table now
This has been my favorite restaurant since I was a child, and I love sharing the experience with my own kids now. The pizza is exceptional, and the manager is really helpful. Additionally, the dining area and restrooms are always spotless.
The service at this restaurant is consistently outstanding. I've been here so often that some of the regulars have begun to recognize me. Since I work right next door, I make it a point to stop by at least once a week.
This is my absolute favorite Papa Gino's! The pizza is always perfectly cooked, and the service is quick. The staff is consistently very friendly! I always choose this Papa Gino's!
