very Bad Service at this Locaton the person who got my food was not very Custermer Service Friendly i said to her that i paid and even showed the email that i paid online and she looked at me as if i did not pay for it now i do not know if thecomputers where slow but she looked like she could not handler the cash Register. and the last straw was i ask for a spoon andthere was 0 wont be back to this location also that is why i order online so i know if your system is not working right mystuff is allset
I have been going to this Papa Gino's since I was in high school. It is always good food. The service is always friendly and very helpful to me. The last time I was in though I had to grab my own receipt from the printer though, it was kind of a weird experience. It was just weird because the angle that I tore it from over the counter, I could have clogged the machine. Anyways, it's nothing to lose points over. I still frequently eat here.
The food was good as always, the service was amazing ! The staff there Lindsay helped My family where I customized my salad, my boys sub along with a pizza. Everything came out perfect and delicious! Although we’ve moved several towns over. We absolutely love to frequent this Papa Gino’s, even though we have some that are closer. The service is great, Lindsay always goes above and beyond to make sure everything comes out fresh, correct and delicious!

I have stopped at the Papa Gino’s in Whitman multiple times though it is not the closest location to me. The team is friendly, the food is great, and I always get in and out.
My family has been ordering from this location for about 20 years. The customer service is excellent here, and the food has always stayed consistent.
