When my order arrived, the pizza was so burnt that I couldn’t eat it. The breadstick was slightly burnt too but still barely edible, so I managed to eat that while having to throw the pizza away. I understand prices have increased, and I’m usually not one to complain or write reviews, but paying $20 for a small pizza is just unreasonable. Normally, they don’t charge extra for toppings already on the pizza. I mentioned this to the staff member, but he insisted it had to be entered that way. I ordered a pizza that was burnt and nearly inedible. When I reached out to customer service, I felt like I was being given the runaround. I was promised compensation, but that never materialized. Despite repeatedly informing them that the credit they claimed had been added to my account wasn’t there, I ended up paying for two more mediocre pizzas while trying to fix the issue. In the end, they didn’t offer any real assistance. My expectations are usually quite low, but this experience was truly disappointing. Jeffrey Morin, the area manager, did not help at all. Save your money and go to Little Caesar’s instead.
The only Papa Gino’s that ACTUALLY PUTS SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND GRILLED MUSHROOMS IN ABUNDANCE ON what now is VERY EXPENSIVE PIZZA ? I stopped by Papa Gino's on a Sunday afternoon and loved sitting in a cozy booth that brought back childhood memories. The pizza came out hot and fresh. We ordered the lunch special for less than $15, and left feeling both full and happy. The staff was warm and attentive.
